Cut off Date for Numbers & Final Payment due : 18th January 2025 However, if more people join past the above date just let me know and i will add a new link for the outstanding payment! If after this date you have more people joining/leaving i will add a ticket for you to pay the extras outstanding or i will refund you any amount up above the 12th guest minimum
However this must be confirmed at latest the day prior to the event
We do not process refunds for no shows on the day of the event itself!

It will be of massive help if a table and chair setup for the number of participants is organised prior to our team arrive
. Example photo of the setup attached. They will bring all the necessary equipment and artwork supplies.
Structure of the day: ** Our team will arrive 1 hour earlier to set up
230pm: Pinot and Picasso Team arrive to set up330pm: guest arrival on time
340-5pm: Painting session (with some breaks in between - can eat/drink while painting)
515pm: Finishing up details/ soft packing up 530pm: Painting finished, and take masterpieces home with you!

- I’m running late, is that okay?

Of course, these things happen! Please don’t feel you need to panic call the studio 100 times, our artists will be busy being the hostess with the mostess and would have started to provide the group art steps. To ensure the session isn’t interrupted, please just arrive when you can and we will catch you up during the next paint-drying break.
- What happens if my session is cancelled?

In the rare event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time.
Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit to the value of their purchase for future use or a refund. - Can you hold onto my painting?

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations. If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange a collection!
